PBC Speed & Strength Class
Get bigger, faster, stronger at PBC speed and strength classes. These classes vary session to session so they never get old. We work though a combination of core, shoulders, biceps, forearms, legs, balance, sprint work, and much more.
Each 60 minute session includes a full body warmup, upper and lower body work, and finishes with spring and core work. These exercises are safe for baseball players and should be incorporated with their own private workouts. It's a combintation of bodyweight and weight lifting exercises to accomodate all ages.
