    • PBC President's Day Camp

    Portland Baseball Club offers a President's Day Camp for players agest 12-18. This camp is different from your traditional hitting camps. We will start with a focus on mental training. Players will go through a relaxing breathing routine to become centered. We will work with players to develop a pre pitch routine and develop an approach to each at bat. Hitting work will include visualization, tee, front toss, and live/machine batting practice.
